Usage “CBD flower” means hemp flower bred to be high in CBD. The shop on this site sells high-THCA hemp flower, not CBD flower.
Origin Short for cannabidiol (cannabis + -diol, two hydroxyl groups). Isolated from Minnesota wild hemp in 1940; its structure was set out in 1963.
